Why do I need a home inspection?

The purchase of a home is one of the largest single investments you will ever make. To minimize unpleasant surprises or shocking realities once you have purchased your home, you should learn as much as possible about the home under consideration before you buy it.

What does a home inspection include?

The home inspector will perform a visual inspection of the apparent condition of the readily accessible installed systems and components of the home at the time of the inspection.

How much will a home inspection cost?

Since size, age and condition of homes vary greatly, inspection fees are not a one-size-fits-all matter. Some homes or condos can be inspected in two to three hours while older or larger homes may take four hours or more.
